I suggest that when you click the “open tiktok” button in the main screen of the app that when it takes you to tik tok and you click “copy link” it should automatically switch you back to the app and find the video instead of you manually having to copy the link and go back to the app, so that way it hopefully has a easier time finding the video. Most videos however can be saved but not all. It doesn’t always happen but when it does it has trouble finding the video and it keeps having trouble even if you retry or press the “open tiktok” button, I even tried restarting the app and tik tok to see if it would work and it still gives the same issue. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having this app if you can’t save the videos you want.
